A training program run by government agencies to support small and medium businesses are evolving from simple job training to real work experiences. Busan Economic Promotion Agency held “2014 Job Training for all new hires in small & medium businesses” to support job stability for companies suffering from frequent turn-over and help new employees for better adjustment.
Rather than sitting and listening lectures, attendants actively participated in various programs including workplace manner, mentoring session, labor law and stress management. New employees of Krosys took part in the program and learned practical lectures and prepare themselves for their new jobs.
